Medical Letter Journal  offers a platform for authors to submit their scholarly works for publication in academic journals or through individual publishers.
The Company acts as a payment collection centre, collecting payments from authors on behalf of journals or individual publishers.

To access certain features of Medical Letter Journal, you may be required to create a user account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your user account.

Authors are responsible for making payments for journal publication Medical Letter Journal.
Payments made through Medical Letter Journal are subject to the refund policy outlined separately.

By submitting content for publication through Medical Letter Journal, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so.
You grant Medical Letter Journal the non-exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, and display your submitted content for the purpose of publication.

The content and materials available on Medical Letter Journal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from Medical Letter Journal without the company's prior written consent.

 

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Medical Letter Journal.

The Company's total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access or use Medical Letter Journal.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Medical Letter Journal, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the services provided by Medical Letter Journal or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of world wide, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

The Company reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Medical Letter Journal after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
