You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your user account.
Authors are responsible for making payments for journal publication Medical Letter Journal.
Payments made through Medical Letter Journal are subject to the refund policy outlined separately.
By submitting content for publication through Medical Letter Journal, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so.
You grant Medical Letter Journal the non-exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, and display your submitted content for the purpose of publication.
The content and materials available on Medical Letter Journal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from Medical Letter Journal without the company's prior written consent.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Medical Letter Journal.
